Terms & Conditions

By using the services of MT Mobility Transit Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a ride or using this website.

 

  1. Services Provided

MT Mobility Transit Service offers non-emergency transportation, including but not limited to:

  • Door-to-door pickup and drop-off
  • Dialysis and rehab appointment transport
  • Wheelchair-accessible rides
  • Group outings and supervised trips

All services are provided with care and professionalism, in accordance with local transportation safety regulations.

 

  1. Booking and Scheduling
  • Riders must schedule transportation at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
  • Recurring appointments can be arranged upon request.
  • Emergency or last-minute requests are subject to availability.
  • Riders are responsible for providing accurate trip details, including pickup/drop-off locations, times, and mobility needs.

 

  1. Cancellations and No-Shows
  • If you need to cancel, please provide at least 4 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or denial of future service.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to a temporary or permanent suspension of service.

 

  1. Delays and Scheduling Issues

We strive to be on time for every ride. However, MT Mobility is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Road closures
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Emergencies beyond our control

We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of a delay.

 

  1. Payments
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment options (e.g., Zelle).
  • We do not currently bill insurance directly, but can provide receipts for reimbursement upon request.

 

  1. Rider Safety and Conduct

All passengers must wear seat belts when available.

  • Passengers requiring assistance must notify us during booking.
  • Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior toward drivers or other passengers will result in immediate termination of service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

 

  1. Equipment and Accessibility

Our vehicles are equipped with:

  • Wheelchair lifts or ramps
  • Safety restraint systems
  • First-aid kits
  • TV monitors for entertainment (in select vehicles)

Please inform us of any special equipment or mobility needs when scheduling.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

MT Mobility Transit Service is not liable for:

  • Missed appointments due to delays outside our control
  • Personal property left in vehicles
  • Any injury or incident resulting from failure to follow safety protocols

Using our services is at your own risk and implies your agreement to these limitations.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, effective on a new date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
