1. What kind of transportation services do you offer?

We provide non-emergency transportation services for seniors, disabled individuals, and children. This includes door-to-door pickups, dialysis appointments, rehabilitation center visits, group outings, and rides in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Yes! Our vehicles are fully equipped with wheelchair lifts, safety restraints, and spacious interiors to ensure a comfortable and safe ride for all passengers using mobility aids.

Absolutely. We can set up a regular schedule for dialysis, rehab, or any other recurring medical visits. Once your routine is confirmed, we’ll handle the rest.

We proudly serve the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metro area, including Rowlett, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, and surrounding communities.

No. We offer individual, private rides to ensure your comfort, safety, and timeliness. You’ll never have to wait for other passengers.

We operate Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays but may offer flexible scheduling upon request.

We do not currently bill insurance directly. However, we can provide detailed trip receipts for clients who may seek reimbursement through Medicaid or private insurers.

All vehicles are sanitized regularly, equipped with first-aid kits, and driven by professionals who are background-checked and trained to assist individuals with mobility needs.

Yes! We welcome one caregiver or companion to ride with you at no extra charge, space permitting.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For recurring trips (like dialysis), setting up a regular schedule is best.
