1. What kind of transportation services do you offer?
We provide non-emergency transportation services for seniors, disabled individuals, and children. This includes door-to-door pickups, dialysis appointments, rehabilitation center visits, group outings, and rides in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
2. Do you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?
Yes! Our vehicles are fully equipped with wheelchair lifts, safety restraints, and spacious interiors to ensure a comfortable and safe ride for all passengers using mobility aids.
3. How do I schedule a ride?
You can book a ride by calling us at (469) 543-4771, emailing mtsmobility1@gmail.com, or using our online contact form. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Do you offer recurring rides for dialysis or therapy appointments?
Absolutely. We can set up a regular schedule for dialysis, rehab, or any other recurring medical visits. Once your routine is confirmed, we’ll handle the rest.
5. Which areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metro area, including Rowlett, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, and surrounding communities.
6. Is this a shared ride service?
No. We offer individual, private rides to ensure your comfort, safety, and timeliness. You’ll never have to wait for other passengers.
7. What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays but may offer flexible scheduling upon request.
8. Do you accept insurance?
We do not currently bill insurance directly. However, we can provide detailed trip receipts for clients who may seek reimbursement through Medicaid or private insurers.
9. What safety measures do you take for riders?
All vehicles are sanitized regularly, equipped with first-aid kits, and driven by professionals who are background-checked and trained to assist individuals with mobility needs.
10. Can a caregiver or family member ride along?
Yes! We welcome one caregiver or companion to ride with you at no extra charge, space permitting.
11. How far in advance should I book a ride?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For recurring trips (like dialysis), setting up a regular schedule is best.
12. What types of payment do you accept?
